Matching mirror

　 When you turn a mirror to a mirror, there is a corridor that continues on forever The world seen by others The world seen by your own eyes It seems like you are looking at the same thing But you see a completely different world A heron passing by in the sky Its figure is not reflected in the sky A heron reflected on the lake What do you think it is? The world inside the mirror The self as seen by others The self you think of yourself I guess I guess I'm a completely different person Which one is the real me? When I look at myself in a double mirror, countless versions of myself look at me When I look away in a panic An arm reaches out from inside I'm grabbed by the collar I'm about to be pulled in I turn around I glare at myself I don't want to distort my true nature A double mirror of myself and others A heron passing by in the sky I guess it doesn't even bother me “ あわせ鏡 ” 鏡に鏡を向ければ そこはどこまでも続く回廊 他人が目で見る世界 自分の目で見る世界 同じものを見ているようで まったく違う世界が見えてる 上空を過ぎる鷺 空には姿は映らない 湖面に映る鷺 おまえはそれを何だと思う？ 鏡の中の世界 他人から見える自分 自分で考えた自分 やっぱりたぶん まったく別人なのだろう どちらが本物の自分？ あわせ鏡に自分を映せば 数えられないくらいの自分が 僕を覗き込んで 慌てて目を逸らせば 中から腕が伸びてきて 襟首をつかまれ 引っ張り込まれそうになる 振り返り カッと自分を睨みつけた 自分の本質を歪ませたくない 他人と自分のあわせ鏡 上空を過ぎ去った鷺 湖面に映る影なんて まったく気にも止めないのだろう
